A. Soul Flavours Cow Ghee passes through stringent quality tests for its purity right from procurement of cow milk to manufacturing and finally reaching to the customer. Each batch of Cow ghee is tested in the state of the art laboratory at the manufacturing plant.

A. Soul Flavours Cow Ghee has been tested by a reputed NABL approved Laboratory and has passed all parameters laid down by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
Q. What is the difference between Cow Ghee & Ghee?
A. Ghee made from Cow milk is cow ghee. Ghee is the usual Indian name for the clarified butter and generally refers to the product made from cow or buffalo milk. Ghee is also sometimes called desi (country-made) ghee or asli (genuine) ghee to distinguish it from "vegetable ghee" or Vanaspati.
Q. Why some portion of ghee is liquid/ semi solid/ solid in a pack?
A. Ghee, once solidify, it will start melting at 28 degree centigrade and completely melts at 40-42. Degree centigrade, and once ghee melts, it takes time to solidify. If Cow Ghee packet is placed at lower temperature at around 20-25 degree, it will start to solidify. Cow Ghee contains Saturated Fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids, other fatty acids. The melting temperatures of these fatty Acids are different. Due to different melting points, a few portion of ghee in packet is in Semi solid/solid and liquid form. This is natural property of all Ghee’s.
Q. Do we add any colours to Soul Flavours Cow Ghee? Why the colour of ghee may vary from batch to batch?
A. We do not add any colour to Soul Flavours Cow Ghee. It is a natural colour. The colour of ghee may vary slightly from batch to batch depending upon source of cow milk from different places. The slight difference in colour has no impact on the quality of the milk procured.
Q. What is the shelf life of Soul Flavours Cow Ghee?
A. It is nine months from date of manufacture when stored under cool and dried conditions.
